How CLADORA Works: Property, Workspace & People

To eliminate ambiguity and prevent unauthorized data sharing, CLADORA strictly distinguishes between the physical subject of service, the operational collaboration boundary, and individual authorized actors.

Pillar 1 • The Subject

Property & Physical Assets

The enduring physical entity: estate, building, unit (residential, commercial, retail, industrial), common areas, utility meters, and physical assets (HVAC, elevators, pumps).

Persistent identity & lifetime history
Pillar 2 • Collaboration Boundary

Workspace Boundary

The operational boundary of an organization or mandate. It holds memberships, private documents, internal communications, and contracted service modules.

Context-aware privacy and workspace boundaries
Pillar 3 • Authorized Actors

Persons, Roles & Scopes

Individual people: owners, occupants, board auditors, facility managers, and service technicians. Access is granted based on verified relationship, scope, and time-valid mandates.

Multi-role with clean context switching

Practical Rules of the Workspace Model

Privacy, authorization, and responsible handover principles

Read full architecture
1. Multi-role identities

One user can be a unit owner in one building, tenant in another, and audit committee member elsewhere with instant context switching.

2. Multi-unit owners

Owners with units across different buildings track rent and costs centrally without compromising other occupants’ privacy.

3. Association ≠ Data sharing

Multiple workspaces associated with the same building never share internal ledgers, confidential files, or messages.

Non-Linear Property Lifecycle

CLADORA Accompanies the Property Through Every Life Phase

Property lifecycle is not a rigid linear conveyor: maintenance, tenancies, day-to-day services, managerial transitions, and resales happen concurrently and repeatedly across decades.

Stage 01Pre-construction phase

Project Definition & Pre-Sale

Explore lifecycle details

CLADORA begins before construction completes: establishing unit registries, commercial leads, reservations, pre-sales contracts, and digital vault for technical records.

Key capabilities at this stage:
  • Unit & share catalog
  • Reservation & pre-sale ledger
  • Secure technical document vault
Bounded scope principle

Scope boundary: Physical construction site scheduling and contractor site execution remain out of scope.

The Connected Ecosystem

One Shared Core & Three Interconnected Domains

CLADORA connects all activity on one persistent foundation: shared truth for identity and accounting, powering commercial transactions, service procurement, and facility maintenance.

Shared Foundation • CLADORA Core

Persistent Truth & Universal General Ledger

Property and unit registry, workspace boundaries, document vault, double-entry analytical ledger, official notices, and tamper-evident audit history.

  • Unified link to operations work orders
  • Service record attached to asset
OPERATIONS

Operations & Maintenance

Assets, scheduled plans & work orders

Complete asset and technical equipment registers, recurring preventative maintenance schedules, incident ticket reporting, dispatched work orders, and auditable maintenance history.

  • Digital logbook per equipment asset
  • Preventative maintenance schedules
  • SLA tracking & cost verification
Real-World Adaptability

Built for Every Stakeholder & Every Property Typology

CLADORA never forces a logistics park or mixed-use estate into a generic condo template. Workspaces adapt to the exact legal mandate and physical profile.

Informal chat orders, missing asset specs, and disputes over invoice approvals.

CLADORA solution:

Structured work orders, clear quote acceptance, and digital sign-off attached to assets.

Governance & Accountable Succession

Time-Bound Delegation & Accountable Handover

Leadership or vendor turnover must never compromise past audit evidence or stall operations. CLADORA implements disciplined delegation trees and effective-dated succession.

Delegation Tree & Mandate Duration

Child authority never exceeds parent scope
  • Bounded delegation:Administrators may assign local roles, define validity windows, or revoke access only within their own active mandate.
  • Cascade revocation:Child authority cannot outlive or exceed parent permissions. Revocation of a parent mandate immediately cascades to dependent assignments.
  • Open-ended access conditioned on active bases:Access without a set expiration date is permissible only while all prerequisite grounds (including parent authority and active Workspace entitlement) remain valid, and remains strictly revocable or voidable if any basis lapses.

Succession Handover Protocol

Protected historical actions & clean transition
  • Effective-dated cutover:Succession records the exact effective timestamp ending prior authority and starting the successor mandate without historical gaps.
  • Successor record access:The successor gains access strictly to permitted historical files and open tasks required to carry forward operations smoothly.
  • Historical attribution preserved:Past approvals, journal posts, and notices remain permanently signed by the historical actor. New transactions are attributed to the successor.
  • Scope limited to handed-over responsibility:Handover of responsibility is not synonymous with property title transfer or personal identity change. Revocation targets only the transferred mandate, leaving independent valid roles intact.
Responsible Access & Trust

Security in the Foundation, Clarity for the User

Financial records and title documentation demand rigorous safeguards. CLADORA enforces strict context-based access boundaries while keeping daily workflows clean and intuitive.

Logical Workspace Boundaries

Workspaces enforce strict authorization boundaries and tenant context so that no organization accesses another’s operational ledgers.

Relationship-Aware Scopes

Tenants view authorized personal utility consumption without exposure to owner confidential accounts or private agreements.

Step-Up Verification for Critical Actions

High-impact financial closes, IBAN modifications, and governance votes require additional multi-factor confirmation steps.

Audit Trail & Policy-Based Retention

Approved transactions, meter revisions, and governance decisions record the executing actor and timestamp under authorized retention policies.

Data ownership, privacy, and standard record exports are governed by clear contractual terms and regulatory compliance.
